This lovely bright and brand new apartment is 4th floor apartment. It has access via a lift or a comfortable flight of stairs. All the rooms are on one level. There is a large lounge area with sofa bed and a satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors open up here onto the large balcony furnished with quality table and chairs. Watch the sun go down over the dramatic Bay of Pollensa with a sparkling glass of cava. From the lounge is the dining area with traditional furniture and paintings. The neat, modern kitchen has all the facilities you would expect, and plenty of windows offering light. From the kitchen there is access to a rear terrace where you can also relax or have dinner during the hot evenings of the Majorcan summer. The bedroom have been fitted with modern fittings, they comprise of one double with an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi and one twin using a separate shower room. Summary: Apartment 4A is a stunning apartment which definitely has the wow factor. Very spacious with large sea front balcony at the front and large mountain view balcony to the rear. Some stunning design features and very comfortable furnishings. An exceptionally well equipped apartment with top quality appliances and kitchen equipment. Only slight negative was deckchairs o both balconies which were not suitable for someone with knee replacements but front balcony had very comfortable chairs and table. Excellent location with wonderful views of the bay and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend it.

Summary: The apartment is in a great location, with views of the sea from the front and mountains from the back. Terraces on both sides mean you can make the most of the views. Top floor also means the terrace feels very private. Well appointed and we cooked in a few nights. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Aircon works well and quickly cools the apartment. The inner glass courtyard is an unusual feature, assume it helps to maximise the light throughout the apartment. Seating area is comfy. Whilst you are on the front and close to the harbour, we didn’t have any noise from the street. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: We had an amazing week at this apartment, it exceeded expectations, and fabulous views from both huge balconies. The bed was extremely comfortable, the whole place was tastefully decorated and a very well equipped kitchen with everything you may need. Great communication with the owner. Loved the location, and will look forward to returning in the future.

Summary: The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. It was well furnished and decorated and equipped with starter supplies. The view of the sea was out of this world.

Summary: We had a lovely five night stay, good location close to all the restaurants and overlooking a lovely beach, Two loungers on the balcony would definitely recommend. Only one negative, no English channels on the Telelvision I throught they would have been,but wouldn’t put me off renting again. The apartment is spotlessly clean and all the appliances are all there The iron wasn’t working, but rang the owners and 20minutes later another one was delivered to me excellent service. On arrival milk bread water and orange juice waiting for us A excellent and efficient rental apartment, definitely will return.Porta Pollensa is lovely place to spend your holiday.

Summary: This is a very stylish apartment just about 10 minutes walk from the centre of PP and the same to the large Eroski store. There was no noise disturbance. Everything was clean and in good order. Kitchen was well equipped, we cooked fish several times using the top -of -the - range appliances (Eroski has the most fantastic fresh fish counter).The bed was comfortable; Internet worked well and there was plenty of hanging space. The highlight of staying here however was waking up to the most wonderful views of PP bay. Sun is on the front balcony from day break until about 3pm and then it begins to come around to the rear balcony. Plenty of shade in the rear if needed and nice views of the rooftops and mountains . Owner met us at the apartment and speaks English perfectly. She is very nice. You won't get your hand held though :communication was minimal beforehand ,although assistance, should it be needed, was offered once we arrived. Towels and bedding were changed on the 5th day of a 9 day stay. Don't hesitate to book. You will be blown away. As for PP itself, we found it a much busier and tourist oriented place than we would have liked. At another time of year it may be different.

Summary: My wife and I had a 12 night stay in this apartment in late Jun early Jul 2015. The apartment and location are fantastic, however the pictures do not portray the full extent of this sublime apartment. Sebastian was extremely helpful and arranged our airport transfers with the minimum of fuss. I would fully recommend this apartment to any couple who need some relaxation and are happy without the burden of a hire car.

Summary: The photos don't do it justice. It's a beautiful apartment but really hard to show properly as it wraps around a central atrium. Very central for the resort, right on the beach and fantastic new comfy furniture on the balcony, not shown in the current photos. Summary: We would just like to say thank you to Sebastian & his mum for letting us stay in their beautiful penthouse apartment. We spent 7 wonderful days there during July and we didn’t want to leave!!!! We are frequent visitors to Puerto Pollensa and have to say that we have never stayed in such a lovely apartment. The attention to detail is outstanding, the apartment is light and airy, very modern, clean and so comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with top quality appliances and all the furnishings throughout are modern, colourful and of a very high standard. We could not fault anything about this place, the location is fabulous with views across the whole of bay to the front and of the mountains and nature reserve to the rear. It was so quiet even though it’s on the main road through the port. We had no issues with anything during our stay, but we knew that if we did, Sebastian or his mum would be available at any time to help us. We loved this place so much that we have already booked for next year and cannot wait to return to our favourite place.
