Positive: Very well located, wonderful staff. It is well kept, clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, clean and worked well. The setup they have with breakfast in local cafés is nice and quite good value.

Negative: It was a bit noisy; the door to my room was not substantial and let lots of sound through. Likewise, quite a lot of noise came in from the street. In the long term, the hotel might consider installing better doors and acoustic glass, or something like that.

Positive: Hospitality, expedience, comfort, location...just in the heart of Madrid. Everything is close and still you can have a good night rest. Soundproof rooms is the best part. The staff is so good, everything we needed they provided. Everything was perfect.

Positive: Great location and staff was wonderful! Very helpful and could leave our bags there early!

Negative: Nice area for eating/ hanging out! Would be great if offered a light breakfast or meal.
