Positive: good location, centrally positioned, walking distance to Metro.

Negative: It was still a bit of renovation works being done. there was a ladder over our apartment door, so we had to enter under ladder. and roof window was opened (with ladder going to roof), so it was raining onto our carpet and inside doors for 2 days. We found it quite expensive!

Positive: Building is situated in a wonderful location, close to all mayor attractions. It is a practical apartment if they take care a few things like elevator and use a more practical way to get into building (no app key) it could be fantastic.

Negative: We did not like about opening the door with an app. No always worked for us neither for other guest in the building. Elevator was always broken and one time, we were in it for about 15 min. after that we start using only stairs. We were in 4th floor, it was not practical but we manage it. we were 4 middle age ladies but older people could not handle it. Actually we helped some other guest.
