Positive: The location is fantastic and to have parking is great. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, warm and comfortable.

Negative: Some furniture is a little dated but that doesn’t matter for a short stay.

Positive: The design is very British, and the spirit of traditions can be felt. It was a pleasant bonus that there is a standard-size bathtub for bathing. Beautiful Christmas décor and a festive atmosphere. We would choose these apartments again.

Negative: The smell in the corridor and the apartment resembles the smell of naphthalene. Although there are no carpets in the apartment, only linoleum, and this makes the overall impression cheaper. Possibly, floor tiles would improve the atmosphere. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is not very effective, so there is more noise than benefit, and it is necessary to open the window, which is inconvenient in winter.

Positive: We loved Everything about this Byways serviced apartment . we had a wonderful 5 nights stay in the studio apartment no 1 .. the price was amazing for where it was and with parking .. comunication was fab before we arrived and during our stay, everywhere was spotlesly clean and tidy .. fab parking onsite and even a Christmas tree in the lobby and a little one in our place .. Christmas chocys left for everyone to help themselves in the lobby .. we loved all the little extra touches The apartment was really lovely, bigger then expected with a shower room with toilet and sink and also a separate large bathroom with bath, sink and toilet .. a lovely small kitchen which was equipped with all you need for cooking and lots of tea, coffee, milk supplied .. a nice touch was a few small boxes of cereal and also 2 granola bars .. The area was quiet and safe also a very short distance to the city and shopping centre .. also a safe neighbourhood .. we would highly recommend and would definatly use it again .. it was perfect .. thankyou
