The Kingsley is luxuriously appointed throughout. It has 5 bedrooms (all with private ensuites). This versatile home suits groups of friends, or up to 2 families comfortably.
Includes ozone pool, multiple lounge rooms, a large rumpus room plus beautiful outdoor spaces designed for indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with luxury Miele appliances.
The Kingsley is a 5-10min walk to Main Beach or town centre and 50m from the famous Top Shop cafe.
The property can not take under 30's as groups and families are preferred.
We do not take groups of 10

Summary: The house was beautiful and Claudine was lovely to deal with and even checked in and helped out when Stayz accidentally cancelled our booking. A house with x5 bedrooms plus ensuites plus another whole separate bathroom was great for our group of 5 couples getting ready for a wedding. The common spaces were spacious and great and gave us so many options to hang out. Pool is perfect and the house and beds in particular are really comfortable and nicely decorated Location is great to walk into town, up to the lighthouse or to Topshop for brunch which is super close. Thankyou for having us Claudine 😊 We would have loved a few extra days!

Summary: Wow what a stunning house. We had an extended weekend stay at the property and it was just perfect. Ensuites for every bedroom, plenty of space for relaxing and catching up, and Claudine was so lovely to deal with the entire time. The walk into town & to the beach is just right, we would happily book this property again. thank you Claudine!

Summary: Great five days with family from interstate. Great value for money, lots of space, lovely design. Not ideal for young children as many steps . Images of property did not show steep steps from entertaining to pool. Milk frother short circuited the circuit breaker. Plug socket in ground floor bedroom also loosely connected to wall- not v. Safe. Security wise, lots of codes that give you a sense of security to then realise direct access can be achieved from side road directly onto property! ??? So many codes and security doors . Great place for adults. Not young child friendly.
