Positive: The property was clean comfortable and well maintained with enough space for the four of us. The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. The cottage being an old cow shed had character and plenty of light through the velux windows. The front of the property has space for parking. The location of the property meant we were in easy reach of Exmouth, Dorset, Torquay and Paignton. The owners of the cottage have a bed and breakfast which is the opposite side of the courtyard, so easily contactable if needed. The owners would also say hello when passing and ask if all was OK.

Negative: The property is close to the main road and you can hear traffic, but this didn't keep us awake at night.

Summary: Comfortable , clean welcoming property.

Positive: The Cottage was very comfortable, clean and well equipped and we slept really well on the comfy beds. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen and there was all we needed in terms of utensils etc we needed. The hosts were friendly and the location perfect for a weekend of walking on the South West Coast path. Would definitely stay there again if needed accommodation in the area.
