Positive: After a long and tiring day we were pleased with the apartment overall. There is free parking after 6pm outside so that was a bonus. There was clean plates and cups and even pots and pans and we decided to cook and had a good rest. Central heating doesn't work but electric heaters are provided. Personally I don't like them as they dry the air out in the room. The towel rail in the bathroom was hanging loose.

Negative: Bathroom window is clear glass so you have to keep the blinds shut. They could've put a film on it. No mirror in the whole property.

Summary: Good beds.

Positive: Nice penthouse apartment Served a purpose

Negative: The apartment is absolutely lovely but in need of maintenance checking Bits of damage in the apartment Hardly any bulbs working Plug missing for bath so was unable to use Blinds broken Doors don't open Think with some TLC would be amazing it's a shame as it was absolutely lovely just the broken things let it down No tea towels or oven gloves for cooking either

Negative: The fact I could not lock the apartment whilst I was away from it. Also so many light bulbs were not working and the TV could not get terrestrial channels.

Summary: All fine but security was a big problem.

Positive: The location was suitable. The rooms were spacious.

Negative: Difficult check-in. On the email, it mentioned that an extra £100 will be required at check-in. So I assumed maybe a receptionist would be present, not knowing that it was to be deducted from my account. Due to this, we were stuck outside for a while and check-in was difficult. Furthermore, it would be useful to know that the room was on the highest floor, my grandma had to climb these many stairs, which was not good for her knees! Thirdly, two bulbs were not working. One on the corridor and another in the room with 2 single beds. I mentioned this to the lady on call (phone number available for us to reach), and I was told someone would come to fix it; they never came. Lastly, a lady came one day earlier for us to check out, which was an error on their side, creating additional stress. There were different spoilt things in the property- like things in the sink area, mirror slanted like it would fall etc- looks like the apartment is not properly looked at.

Summary: Not the best experience and it is not a place I would willingly book again. Not worth the price.
