Summary: The kitchen and bathroom were obviously recently renovated and they were beautifully done. The cottage was comfortable and warm (we were there in winter). Recliner chairs in the living room which were very comfy. Nice touches of chocolates and biscuits plus milk in the fridge. Great to have such a high standard for pet-friendly accommodation. It is a short walk to the fabulous off-leash Bila Park and beautiful riverside walk. Fantastic for doggos that need plenty of exercise!

Summary: The fine details from owner is amazing. Nice welcome chocolate gift. Lots of brochures provided for local food spots and tours around the tumut area. Nice and cosy. Has everything you need. Will come back 100%

Summary: We had such a fantastic time at Dorothy's property. The house was very clean, conveniently located and well-equipped. There were so many little homely touches which made us feel very welcome. The town is beautiful and it is only a couple of blocks away from everything you could need. Summary: A suggestion would be to install a dishwasher. the bathroom fan needs to be stronger to remove steam. Blinds outside or inside bathroom for privacy, if window is to be open for airflow. Back screen door not able to be locked. Would stay again for a few days.
