Positive: The staff were really friendly! The room was clean and spacious, The futon was also comfortable and I had a pleasent sleep, I was a bit worried about room cleanness but honestly it was clean and tidy. The location was close to train station with convenience stores at walking distance. Overall very nice for the price.

Negative: I wish the toilets were separated and had air refresher.

Summary: Pleasent! I recommend!

Positive: Spacious room, very comfortable futon. Even though the price is quite low, there are many free amenities. My room was private (not much noise from outside) and comfortable. Very good value for the money.

Negative: You have to climb some stairs to the reception. The locks in the doors are not always working properly, I could not close my room from the outside. The share bathroom can become smelly.

Positive: Very near train station,the room really suprised me.very big for me since I'm staying alone. the room is cheaper too.

Negative: The only downside is the staff can only speak Japanese and Chinese.other than that u have to use Google Translate

Positive: Cozy little hotel right near kanayama Station easy to get anywhere in town. The desk staff have limited English but were super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and clean and the desk was perfect. I was able to get a lot of work done.

Negative: The bathroom needs updating and was very small and difficult to use. While there is a lift inside to the rooms the lobby is up a flight of exterior stairs and luggage must be lugged up them.

Positive: Their price is...comforting (*^_^*) Location is perfect and the staff are doing best to create a cosy, relaxing stay.

Negative: I think there used to be refrigerator inside each room but was removed...considering summer hot days in Japan, I really think there should be one.
