Summary: The check in process was a nightmare. We had been in Greece with no communication via email and my phone could not get through to anyone but VRBO. We spent frantic hours of vacation time trying to get an address and code to enter because they wait until the day before to give you the info. NOT acceptable in our situation, Fortunately, my call to VRBO was answered and within a short time we were able to gain access to our apartment. I also felt the property manager was rude. I asked for a late check out on our departure date because the clothes dryer was not drying my clothes for packing. She replied by saying we needed to ask in advance. I had no way of knowing it would take 3 hours for the dryer to be effective.
