Positive: The hotel was beautiful throughout. Facilities were good, restaurants were lovely, priced as you’d expect and breakfast was amazing.

Negative: Not a dislike but something that could be better was the toilet didn’t flush too great. Wasn’t fully clearing with even a small amount of paper used

Positive: First off, the staff were fantastic, welcoming and helpful, a great bunch of lads. The place was also very clean. The beds, firm but comfortable. USB socket beside the bed, a nice touch. The selection of biscuits was excellent. And the breakfast spread was great. Also, the water in the pool was just perfect. Overall, good value for money.

Negative: The wifi didn't work for most of the time I was there and mobile reception was very poor in the room. The food was good, but the vegetarian selection was very limited with only one alcohol free vegetarian option. There was a lot of noise after 10.30 including kids running around shouting, I'm not complaining about that, people are allowed to have fun, but there were two sets of doors between the rooms and the lobby which would have blocked most of that out, but these were left open and it took me a while of fiddling to figure out how to close them. Also, if there are windows that people can walk past, they should have nets or blinds. I was told that nobody should have been in the area behind the hotel, but nobody told that to the old woman and the dog that saw me getting out of the shower.

Summary: Nice place, slightly marred by some circumstantial issues.

Negative: Room was smaller than expected. I wanted a massage but the front desk was unable to tell me when this was available and the time the spa staff were to be available kept changing. The live music was very loud and lasted a while. I couldn’t sleep with that and the kids running up and down the corridors slamming doors

Positive: The swimming pool at the property was great! The water was really warm. The location of the hotel was great to discover the coast of Northern Ireland.

Negative: Cleaning could have been better. The SPA changing facilities were really dirty.
