HOUSE RULES
1. This is a strict NO SMOKING community. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, on the patio, or anywhere on community grounds. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vapes, medical/recreational marijuana and cigars.
2. NO PARTIES. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music.
3. No pets of any kind are allowed at the property. Legally registered service pets must be disclosed before arrival.
4. There is a zero tolerance policy for any illegal activity occurring at the property.

The townhome is surrounded by nature and wild animals such as ducks, turtles, amphibians, etc. Disrespecting or hurting these living creatures will not be tolerated and will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Please keep in mind these are wild creatures and as such we cannot control or continuously clean up after them.
**We are not responsible for complex maintenance and/or shutdowns. Refunds will not be provided for unforeseeable circumstances. Basic amenities (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper, etc.) are provided but any additional supply is at the discretion and expense of the guest.**

Summary: Nice cozy home that is quiet and exactly as described. We highly recommend this home. If I were to have any negative, it would be that there is no rest rooms on the first floor. Very minor . We would definitely stay here again

Summary: The location and apartment served its purpose; however, we had a minor issue with the shower in the hallway bathroom where the water pressure was not sufficiently working and the water spicket was very loose practically coming out of the wall. I reached out to the perspective individuals to let them know what was going on and they indicated that they would see if someone would come and take a look at it, but no one ever came out. It may have been because of the Fourth of July holiday. We were there a whole week. The apartment itself was clean on the surface but we re-cleaned and wiped down the apartment with Clorox wipes and you can tell it was partially cleaned. If I had to stay there again, I would as it felt safe. It looked like a Police Officer stayed in one of the other buildings. Overall, the location was nice and so were the people and the price was perfect.

Summary: If you need a place close to campus, this is. Although I feel like the maintenance and care of the property were lacking. Not the cleanest when we arrived (found food wrappers behind pillows on couch), kitchen wasnt great either. If you're there to sleep, its fine. I do think they could do more as innhaving some water of snacks when you arrive, taking more time to clean properly and getting a reserved parking spot of their place. But it was "ok".

Summary: I loved my stay the best thing was the comfortable mattress. Love how they have it covered and protected from bugs. Left the trash out twice no one came to get it. I parked my car in reserved wasn’t any spaces and I was towed so be careful to not park there even with the parking permit. But overall I enjoyed my stay wish the code was something close to guess number or birthday to make you feel comfortable to know the code is always changed and never the same. She was able to accommodate me for an extra stay due to me missing my flight and that was a plus. Overall I loved it here. Will definitely rent again

Summary: My son and I came in for a quick visit to USF during our Spring Break. He will be playing football there next year and spent a few days getting acclimated with the campus and football team. The house was in a great close location to campus and was very clean and accommodating. The property manager was very responsive and facilities were very nice. I will definitely stay again when I come back to watch some football games in the fall.

Summary: Very clean and nice place to stay. Only issue is the parking. There is renovations going on and people are parking wherever there is a spot. Don't be surprised if your reserved spots are taken by someone else that lives there. You may have to park in a open spot and walk to the unit.

Summary: We wanted to visit Busch Garden. The location was perfect. We needed another bed, and the self-inflating air mattress worked perfectly fine. We enjoyed our trip and will stay again!

Summary: Wonderful community conveniently located near USF. We ended up having to extend a day to get a unit in the same community for my USF bound son and communication in getting that accomplished was exceptional. I look forward to having a nearvy place to stay for when I visit. The townhouse was clean and cozy. Everything needed for a stay is provided and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.
