This lovely cottage sits high up on the banks of the Burrum River.
If you love fishing and crabbing or just looking for a relaxing, private getaway this is the holiday home for you.
The downstairs level has a lounge, kitchen, dining and large waterfront veranda with breathtaking views of the Burrum River.
The two loft style bedrooms are on the second level with the bathroom and laundry.
There is plenty of parking for boats and cars. Boat ramp is about 1.5 km away.
Pacific Haven is a 5 minute drive to the township of Howard, a historic coal mining town but today is a small service centre surrounded by sugar plantations and citrus orchards. In the centre of Howard you'll find the Grand Hotel & Bottle-O, IGA, Post office, off-leash dog park, pharmcy, butchery & bakery. Approx 25 minute drive will take you to the heart of Burrum Heads famous for its relaxed coastal lifestyle, plenty of fishing and beautiful safe beaches.
Note: Acreage property. Steep steps down to river. Loft bedrooms with no dividing doors .

Summary: Absolutely enjoyed this house. So beautiful sitting on the deck, with a fishing rod. We caught a few fish off the deck. House was very clean and had all the necessities that we needed. Great! Highly recommend!

Summary: Had a bad start twice given the wrong key code got in after receiving a third code but after being chewed by midgee's.Got inside and then found the power was not on so had to chase up about that as well.Not well organized.After settling in enjoyed our time at this letting.

Summary: Our holiday was quiet. peaceful and relaxing. The stairs were a challenge if you have health issues, but apart from the it was perfect.

Summary: Lovely little place to kick back and unwind , river view , bush setting awesome. The veranda is so good to just chill out on . If your a fisho just be aware that if you want to moor your boat behind the house the mud at low tide on the river bank is pretty bad. Small tinny is about it. Overall a great little place.

Summary: Excellent isolated property. Very clean. Fishing at your back-door Plenty of wild life, bush Turkey, kangaroos and a visiting fire fly every night So peaceful. Easy check in. Great place to relax and unwind
