Positive: This is an absolute gem in Buritaca! Clean, well-maintained, attentive staff and a great location. Only a 20 minute walk from Rio hostel and cheaper than staying in a dorm there. We were so glad to come back to a clean, air-conditioned room after attending the party at Rio. The pool is kept immaculately too, the staff clean it regularly even though there are a few trees around. Three parrots live on the property, they can be a little noisy but they are beautiful and the staff even let me hold them! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Buritaca.

Negative: The shower pressure wasn’t great and there didn’t seem to be hot water. It wasn’t much of an issue because it was so hot outside that a cold shower was welcome.

Summary: Excellent value for money. Felt like staying in a hotel.

Positive: First place where we had air con in a long time which was a big relief. Simple comfy cool room with Netflix on the tv. We relaxed here after partying at Rio Hostel and it was perfect. There’s also a good cheap place over the road to have some delicious asado.
