Positive: Nicoletta is an amazing host, and clearly really cares about the comfort of guests at the apartment. The place was immaculate, and had all the lovely touches that make a home from home. Nicoletta was kind, responsive and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. the apartment is bright and airy, and in a great location just on the edge of the old city, a short walk from the train station. It was quiet and comfortable and it felt very safe walking around the area, even alone at night. the Trentino guest card was a lovely bonus, and gave some free entries to museums and so on, and free public transportation. There is a lift to the fourth floor where the apartment is. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Negative: Really hard to think of anything. the apartment is so well equipped, it was easy to prepare meals there. If I really had to nitpick and find something, then maybe some wine glasses to add to the impressive kitchenware collection? Edited to add: turns out there were wine glasses there all long - in a cupboard that I didn't open!

Summary: fabulous apartment, great location, wonderful host.
