Positive: This is a relatively new place and the owner and staff are still working on improvements. I enjoyed my stay here and I would recommend it if you want to be close the airport (note that this also means long walk away from downtown!). The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds (each with curtain, plug and reading light) were the largest I have seen in a hostel setup in a long time. There is a kitchenette and an outside pool (empty for now) and an outside bar (still in development). The owner does not speak much English, but he has a new assistant, she is quite fluent and can help you. I wanted to be near the airport and this place was less than 10 min from the departure gate, but if you want to spend several days and enjoy the city center, you might want to choose another location, walking to the center is at least 30 min.

Negative: Security - the whole place can be accessed by anyone, the front doors and dorm door do not lock. The lockers provided are small, they can only fit a small day-pack, but still you can store your valuables. Check in was a bit tricky, there was no person on site and I had no Thai phone number, Wi-Fi password was not easily seen. Luckily I managed to get internet and call the owner via WhatsApp, so he gave me instructions how to self check-in.

Positive: New facilities, everything was clean, wifi worked fine, convenient location just a ten minutes walk away from the airport. Super calm neighborhood and downtown can be reached walking too. Friendly owners.

Positive: Location close to the airport but still quiet Comfortable beds with curtains in a spacious dorm Friendly staff with limited English Nice outdoor area

Negative: Bathroom smelled very bad and wasn't clean. Hair, stains, mold, bugs and worms everywhere. Corners were disgustingly dirty Hot water didn't work. When taking it shower you flood the whole bathroom including toilet are - very impractical when sharing a bathroom with multiple people in a dorm I was the only one staying at the hostel, so slightly creepy vibes at night

Summary: Decent choice for a night before en early flight. Cleanliness needs to be improved

Positive: The manager is very kind and helpful. I really loved the bed, the mattress is super comfy and you also have a locker available to you. The place is clean. There's laundry available, I paid 50 baht for it to have it back on the same day, so I would say it's a very good price for it.

Positive: I wish I wasn’t tired so I could have taken photos of the hostel. I reached there around 8 pm and was hungry. I asked the owner about a market even 7-11 nearby where I could go and get something to eat and he drove me to a night market, accompanied me throughout, and drove me back to the hostel. The owner is amazing. When I woke up in the morning he was already awake doing some cleaning in the hall. I loved staying there and can not recommend it enough.

Negative: The bathrooms could be better as the bathroom and toilet are in the same place, a guest might have to wait until the other guest is done taking a shower if you know what I mean. I didn't have this problem during my stay because the hostel wasn't crowded but during the crowded season I can see how this might be a problem
