Positive: The room was excellent - big and bright. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water all the time. There was also a kettle with coffee and coffeemate and a small fridge with water. The staff was very friendly. While some people spoke some English, communication with the others was very easy via Google Translate. If you forgot to leave the "make up my room" card on the door, they leave a bag with fresh water, coffee and toilet paper refills. There's a lovely Japanese restaurant in the hotel that is very reasonable with a few vegetarian options and it had a hostess who spoke excellent English. There is also a nice cafe next door and many places to eat and drink around - easily walkable.
Summary: Nice big and bright rooms. Friendly staff.
