Beds were comfortable. Large covered porch with ample seating looking into a large open area. Back yard was fenced with a fire pit set up. Summary: Only a 4 star because there was TV issues the entire NYE weekend, however it was no fault of the owner and he and the property manager did everything they could to try and fix. Very helpful and friendly. Overall, the place was beautiful.
