Positive: The Hotel is very clean and the staff helpful and pleasant. Rooms are big. Liked the simplicity in rooms. very nice beds. Access to beach and pool in another hotel.

Negative: - Expensive for what it offered - Breakfast is really a bunch of muffins which are good but would have expected a bit more - Parking should have been included - No ocean views - A/C is not powerful enough - sweating even with mid 60s overnight with winter blankets given in summer.
