Summary: Magen greeted us at check in and was amazing. She upgraded our room and was so kind. The next day we got complimentary late checkout and were able to borrow bikes from the hotel to ride on the boardwalk. Rooms were stunning and clean. It was at least our third time staying here.

Summary: Clean room and spacious room. It was just cold do the weather and them having trouble with heating which they made us aware and provided a space heater.
