Summary: This property was everything advertised and by far the best VRBO experience I have had. We were a group of 12, spread out across a few of the rooms. The decor was great, the entire property was very clean, everything worked exactly as it should and the property staff was great. There is a great bar down stairs with tons of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Very strong recommendation for this property.

Summary: We celebrated my husbands birthday last weekend. We utilized all 18 rooms and we were wowed the second we stepped on the property. The check-in process, cleaning staff, and management staff were suburb. The posting is 100% accurate and the location was great. I would recommend this place without reservation.

Summary: Great layout for a group of friends to get together and explore Bourbon. Easy access to downtown Louisville and plenty to do in the immediate area. Suites were very clean. Gameyard was the best amenity for open space for all of us to relax.

Summary: Booked for a large group bachelor party. Communication with the host and staff is excellent. Very responsive and attentive. The property itself is amazing. Well maintained, and decorated, and many games/activities directly on site. The walkability is top-notch. Plenty of bars and restaurants to visit. I highly recommend this place to any large group. You won't be disappointed!
