Positive: I liked the location as my sister lives in a retirement village within walking distance of the property. I liked the secure undercover parking. Shopping and dining was also very convenient. The laundry was also handy.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that the TV was faulty - it had whitish dots all over the screen, making it hard to watch. Also the bed for me was way too soft/ warn out. The bathroom was very cramped and the shower leaked badly where the hose went into the shower rose. The aircon seemed to struggle to heat the area compared to my Daikin aircon. Noise from the street was a factor as I am a light sleeper and having stayed at Quest next door a number of times where it was a fair bit quieter. I also wonder why there was so much clutter, particularly in the kitchen, with crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookers, utensils, pots and pans, etc in excess. I also wonder how the aircon would cope in summer with the hot afternoon sun shining in from the west.

Summary: My stay was ok, but definitely could have been better, with things updated and/or repaired.

Positive: What a beautiful apartment in a great location in Bundoora! A modern, clean, spacious apartment with everything you could need - including an easy-to-access secure car park. There is a full kitchen (with a supermarket within in an easy walk) if you wish to cook your own meals - and additionally an great selection of nearby venues to dine-in or get take-out/delivered food. The apartment was warm, bright and very quiet - we didn't hear any noise from the street nor from adjoining apartments. There is also a tram-stop within a five minute walk that takes you right into the Melbourne CBD ... so although we chose the apartment due to its closeness to a Thomastown business where we were working, the city was within easy reach without the need to use our vehicle. Highly recommended - an awesome self-contained apartment!

Negative: Nothing ... it was the perfect venue for our stay in Bundoora.
