Positive: Alessia met us and gave us a very thorough explaination of how to "use" the facilities of the house and had even prepared a bottle of wine for our first aperitif in the balcony!

Positive: Large quiet apartment well-furnished with eat-in kitchen. Host is helpful with good trip & restaurant recommendations. Good base for the area with easy parking and road choices. Wifi good at 30Mb. Quick access to Spello by car where parking is easy. We especially liked nearby Bevagna and the Hermitage of the Carceri of St. Francis is memorable. Note the apt. is by stairs on 3rd floor (called floor 2 in Italy).

Negative: No shower or wall holder for handheld spray.

Positive: Very large, spacious, stylish apartment and a beautiful view from the window. Free wi-fi. Coffee machine. Possibility to turn on the heating, because at first it was cold in the apartment. Private free parking on site.

Negative: We took an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a bathtub so that we could have a good rest and relax after a long drive. Unfortunately, in one bedroom the curtains were sprayed with room fragrance, which was annoying at night. In the other bedroom the bed was hard as a rock, it was impossible to sleep, I had to go to the sofa in the living room. Early in the morning I was woken up by the traffic on the street under the window. I couldn't relax in the bathroom either because the bathtub wouldn't close, the bath plug was broken.
