Summary: We stayed 2 nights over 4th of July holiday. There was no toilet paper or hand soap in the men’s bathroom during our entire stay. The bathroom was also full of dirt on the floors.

Summary: It was a ranch and the kids loved it! Horses goats dogs. The staff was great with my grandkids. If you’re looking for a luxury resort this isn’t the place for you but for us it was probably the highlight of our 2 week trip through Yellowstone the Tetons and Rapid City. We would definitely return

Summary: The bathrooms were dirty, poorly maintained and unacceptable even for a campground.

Summary: I was a bit apprensive about this place after reading the other reviews. To my great pleasure, they were entirely unfounded. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The wagons were nice and the heater kept it surprisingly warm. The bathrooms were CLEAN...in fact, a late potty run had me interrupting the young man who was literally scrubbing the showers. To address some of the complaints I read and also heard while we were there: 1. Yes, you have to bring your own bedding or rent theirs (includes towels) unless your booking already includes it. If you dont know, call. 2. Yes, the restaurant on site is a bit pricey. Ever eaten in a resort? Same deal. You pay for convenience. And it was quite tasty. 3. If you're sleeping in a tent, its probably going to be cold. Its a tent. 4. No, its not stingy of them to not provide a kitchenette. Its literal bear country. They tell you no food allowed in the lodgings at all...why would they provide you with something to cook it? You might want to be bear food, but I'm not stupid. 5. The bathrooms. Y'all, this is a RANCH. Dirt roads. Dirt paths. Dirt corrals. When water gets on the floor from the showers, and you walk in with that dirt on your shoes, mud happens. If you hate dirt and bugs, this is not the place for you. If you can appreciate an adventure and want to wake up to some of the most gorgeous views, I cant recommend this enough.

Summary: We booked to stay in a tipi - we were totally fine roughing it for a single night stay. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a wagon, which was nice, as the tipis weren't ready yet for the season. The staff at check-in was very nice and helpful. Got up to the wagon and there were no blankets or pillows as promised. Went down to the desk and requested at least the pillows (as we brought our sleeping bags) and was told housekeeping would bring it up. Unfortunately the pillow never arrived. The worst part of the stay was the bathroom facilities. Only 1 of their bath houses was open yet for the season and with quite a few guests, only 3-4 bathroom stalls is not enough. Plus one was malfunctioning and ended up overflowing. They didn't seem to be well cared for or cleaned very often. The mattresses in the wagon were comfortable. The wagons are very close together and so are the tipis so you will definitely here your neighbors snoring. Would still probably stay again since we're good with roughing it, but the price is high for it being this rough.

Summary: The Wagons. The Tippies were already uninstalled for the Winter season.

Summary: We booked this trip after reading tons of reviews and well aware of what to expect. Two adults and 3 young kids, booked a wagon. Kids loved the wagon and ranch atmosphere. The horseback ride was a nice experience as well. My 2-star rating is not due to the wagon but rather the very poor experience with ranch staff... Our wagon's front door only closed partially which caused it to get VERY cold at night. We notified the front desk staff several times and were promised they would address it but nothing was ever done. A temporary covering or seal would have helped a lot. Furthermore, we got yelled by a ranch manager for using a small gas stove outside to boil water for coffee and oatmeal. This older guy (who was also directing staff) got out of Land Cruiser in plain clothes, didn't introduce himself but yelled at our whole group, saying there was a burn ban we should have known about. Nothing was ever said about that when we checked in or was posted anywhere. The guy was super rude. The whole thing could have been communicated better and dealt with a lot more professionally. We'd likely stay here again given the convenient location (few other options this close to the park) but next time I'll go in with even lower expectations service-wise.

Summary: We had a great time stayed in the covered wagon Great experience The coffee and breakfast at the restaurante was great Beautiful location and views

Summary: Best view ever, both sunset and the Milky Way. Totally unique “room” in the wagon. But being a tent, we could really feel that below-freezing night even with heat.

Summary: The covered wagon experience was great and the view was amazing. We went horseback riding also. An incredible ride.
