Positive: Great size, gorgeous outlook and everything you need in terms of amenities.

Negative: Could have been cleaner - under coffee table incredibly dusty, small bits of rubbish in bedside table drawers, old milk bottle and other items under beds. Generally fine, though.

Positive: The location is absolutely stunning, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. The home has everything you need for a wholesome, relaxing stay. The owners went above and beyond with their hospitality, checking in to share recommendations for local attractions, dining spots, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Mornings were magical — we did yoga at sunrise in the field, with horses peacefully watching nearby. Evenings were spent around the bonfire or watching movies under the stars with our outdoor projector. We enjoyed cozy family dinners and endless board games, creating beautiful memories together. The home is fully air-conditioned, which kept us cool during the summer heat. We also loved being close to Kangaroo Valley’s charming cafes (just 10 minutes away) and the beach (30 minutes away). We can only imagine how incredible it would be during winter, sitting by the fireplace. An unforgettable stay — highly recommended!

Positive: Budgong Lodge exceeded our expectations, the property was truly divine, the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful & the wildlife was amazing! There’s something very special about being in nature and the lodge captures this perfectly, we felt instantly relaxed and happy!

Negative: To be honest, we didn’t want to leave & wished we had booked for longer!
