Positive: Location was excellent for what we needed and where we needed to go. The house was also easily located. The place was neat, tidy and well resourced. The hosts contact beforehand was by text and the instructions were good and accurate.

Negative: I didn't like the creaking floor boards and the step into the toilet. With heavy rain a lot of water collected on the front veranda which allowed it to be walked in through the front door.

Summary: Great location, well equipped house and a great stay.

Negative: Maybe squeaking floorboards but a minor issue. Thankyou to owner who let us in earlier due to a gastroscopy and colonoscopy very grateful.

Positive: Very quiet location. House is well equipped, clean and comfortable. We appreciated two air conditioners.

Negative: There was a place in the kitchen and living room where floor boards were a bit noisy (squeaky).

Positive: Great roomy house with open spaces within the yard and driveway. Well equipped with all you need for a short stay. Quiet location and comfortable bedrooms with great shelving. Close to walking/bike trail which was perfect for our bike riding!

Negative: Being an older house the floor has a few squeaks which is a little noisy when moving about.
