The property is centrally located in Shepparton, making it a 3min drive and a 8-10min walk to the nearest shopping centre, plus shopping mall, hotels, restaurants & cafes.
Shepparton city is central to the Goulburn River Valley, hosting many events but also close to the Murray River enclaves of Echuca Moama, and nearby Kyabram.

Summary: Love this place. Stayed 3 times now and its perfect for 3 generations in my family. Always clean and everything you need (except a spa or pool lol). Air-conditioner everwhere.

Summary: Catching up with our Shepparton family with a small gathering was very enjoyable. We were also able to visit a couple of my grandchildren and families who live in the area. My son and I enjoyed the change from our usual routines in clean, restful surroundings. Our two small dogs enjoyed the backyard. Summary: Bed in middle bedroom was very squeaky and soft mattress so not a great bed… I had read another report saying same but thought they meant first room Good space, great to have two showers and a second toilet out the back. Back toilet needed a sweep and the area around the outside bbq needed a sweep too. Good size house with a nice sun room out back. Two different areas and tables to eat at. Owner was nice to communicate with, just took a few days for replies eg like how do we get in and what was address. Would stay at the home and recommend it to others

Summary: Lovely house with lot of character. Easy check-in and check-out. Our dogs settled in pretty easy. Enough space for them to run and play. We went during hot days and the house was comfortable and cool. I strongly recommend the place.
