Positive: We had an amazing stay at Keith’s property and are so glad we chose it. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, which made our time here really enjoyable and stress-free. Keith is a fantastic host – very welcoming, helpful, and made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Roxy, who is the sweetest and funniest dog – we absolutely loved her, and she made the place feel even more homely. Positive: A very convenient location just off the main road in a quiet cul-de-sac and just a few minutes walk from a couple of major superstores. I had no need to venture down into Bude. Keith was an excellent host and the homestay was fantastic. I was made to feel very much at home, in fact it felt like I had the house to myself. The room was snug and cozy and exceeded my expectations and exceptional value for money. The view from my bedroom window overlooked the adjoining properties but this was not an issue for me and I still felt I had privacy.

Negative: There was nothing I disliked at all.

Summary: Great. Convenient. Value for money.

Positive: Haply with this, perfect for a little stop over if you are visiting the area, the Owner was very welcoming and kind and the place was clean and just the job for what we needed. The location is spot on, plenty of amenities very close indeed and places of interest and only minutes away. Would stay here again.

Positive: The host Keith greeted me on arrival, very pleasant and informed me of the things I needed to know. The room was secure, very clean and comfortable with all the facilities needed to make for a very pleasant stay. Entertainment in the room and the bed was super comfy. Keith checked to make sure all was OK but beyond that was very respectful of privacy. I would definitely recommend and will use this homestay again without hesitation. Parking available and good location.
