Positive: Within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and an amazing view!

Negative: The ONLY thing I didn’t like about this property was the outrageous fee for bringing a pet. It is not prorated by the number of dogs you bring $200 plus taxes for a total of $230. Which is half what I paid for the weekend. The fee is the same if you bring 1 or 4 dogs. I wasn’t given the option to see the fee when I booked. It said “fees may apply”.

Positive: Close to the beach. Clean and good set up for lots of beach trips back and forth.

Negative: The pictures made me feel it was directly next to the beach, but there were other houses between the house and the beach.

Summary: Oceanside is a magical place, the house was clean and easy to function in,and back and forth to the beach.

Positive: Everything needed was there. Loved the shower! Comfortable beds. Nice living room and dining room. We had room for family dinners (the rest of our family stayed across the street). Great mud room.

Negative: Unfortunately the dishwasher leaked badly. Since it couldn’t be repaired right away, I hand washed and used disposable dish ware (good thing I brought some). Also we had trouble with the keypad. They changed the battery, but I think it’s the keypad itself.

Summary: We enjoyed the house. It felt homey and comfy.

Positive: The breakfasts were great, because I'm a great cook. Lol, Nd location was fantastic, 2 minute walk from front door to the beach.

Negative: Cant think of anything I disliked, my wife loved the place and must have said 50 times over.

Summary: This was a Wonderful place to stay, the house is vary big, and located in such a nice area.

Positive: I loved everything! The decor was light and airy yet incredibly homey! The pillows were a bit stiff for my liking but everything was wonderful! It rained during our stay but you couldn’t ask for a better place to just come in and hang out.

Negative: Pillows were stiff and the shampoo and conditioner were empty

Summary: I absolutely loved it! I can’t wait to book for next year!

Positive: The door code didn't work. It's okay because vacasa helped us get the key within 5 mins. Using a key wasn't a problem after that.

Negative: It met all expectations. Close to the beach and cozy. We honestly loved it.

Summary: 9/10 basically perfect. I'd recommend this house to anyone.
