Positive: The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and has a lovely pool and garden area that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There is also convenient on-site parking, which is a big plus.
Negative: On the downside, the rooms facing the main road are affected by significant traffic noise. The main room also feels quite narrow, especially when you have luggage. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices, but the overall quality could be improved. In addition, there were several occasions when basic items like water or juice were not available during breakfast. Overall, it's a pleasant property with attractive facilities, but there is room for improvement in terms of room comfort and the breakfast experience.

Positive: Everything was perfect – the accommodation is very beautiful, the rooms are clean, the yard is large, and the pool is splendid. The host is very kind, and every two days you receive clean towels and bed linen. There is also a gazebo in the yard where you can have a barbecue, and the parking area is very spacious, located inside the property. Across the street from the villa, there is a gas station and a supermarket. I highly recommend the beaches of Nikiti, Klimataris, and Tourkolimmionas – they are relatively close and great for families with children.

The moment we stepped into our studio, its spotless cleanliness and modern, thoughtfully arranged kitchenette made us feel instantly at ease . Every morning, Maria and her team welcomed us with warm smiles and a delectable breakfast of fresh pastries, eggs, and fruit—setting a cheerful tone for the day. Throughout our stay, the hosts were wonderfully present—not at all intrusive, yet always there with fresh towels, smiling attentiveness, and thoughtful recommendations. Every detail seemed tailored for comfort: soundproofed rooms, crisp linens, reliable air-conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchenette that made spontaneous snacks feel effortlessly indulgent . Positive: The dimension of the room, the modern bathroom ànd the pool. Also, the personnel were amazing, worm, and really kind. The yard is large and comfy, green, with all you may need.
Negative: All was good, really. You must have a car to go to any beach.

Positive: 1. Great value for money: you get what other hotels ask 20-30% more. 2. The pool looks just amazing, with a couple nice olive trees around, nice sunbeds and umbrellas. The glass wall adds a beautiful infinity effect and a luxury touch. 3. For the breakfast you can choose from around 6 menu entries, plus there's a tiny buffet where you can make you a sandwich or get some cereals with milk. Don't expect anything exceptional, but the food is good enough to start the day :)
Negative: There's nothing to do around in a walking distance, except a gas station and a grocery store across the road, however if you enjoy running or jogging, it's great experience to run on the countryside roads in a early morning.
Summary: Great value for money, beautiful infinity pool and yard.
