Summary: We could not have been happier with Brush Creek Ranch as the venue for celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. There was plenty of room for five adults and six young adults, plenty of room for us to spread out but the large and comfortable living room was perfect for us to all hang out together. And for anyone with mobility issues, this single level property poses few if any challenges for getting around. The property is first class, tastefully decorated, comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly suited for dining in. The outside of the property was less important on account of the season (it was HOT out there, in early August!) but we still enjoyed our mornings on the back deck, and were totally entertained watching them rake and bale hay in the pasture. We will DEFINITELY be visiting Brush Creek Ranch again; in fact, I have marching orders to book it again for the first weekend in August 2025!

Summary: Our family met in northwest Arkansas as a midway point for all family. The house was great for four couples and two kids to celebrate Christmas. The owner had decorated for Christmas which was a cherry on top! We did have a couple of armadillo issues which they were prompt to address. The only negative point I have is that the two rooms in the basement were the twin beds and the full sized bed so we couldn’t have the young kids down there by themselves. Aside from that it was a great stay!

Summary: This house is in an excellent location, far enough from town that there’s a great field in the back with a creek behind it to explore and an old tree with a rope swing, yet minutes to downtown Bentonville. We enjoyed the large 12 hightop table for meals. Explored all the mountain biking trails. Had a great trip. Would definitely come again.
