Positive: What an absolute little gem! We were so pleasantly surprised at the size and comfort of this apartment. The communication was excellent and the host extremely helpful. The location was fantastic in the middle of Modbury and despite other reviews saying the place was hard to find, it definitely wasn't. Parking was available on the hill or in the carpark opposite, the access was easy. Once inside we loved the size and layout. The cleanliness was absolutely top notch, probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed. The bed was so comfortable and everything felt so clean and fresh. Plenty of space in the kitchen and enough facilities to cook up a meal. We would 100% recommend it and it was great value for money. Thank you so much for a lovely stay in your fantastic apartment.

Positive: Apartment was clean, airy and spacious, excellent shower, comfortable king size bed was much appreciated. Provision of fresh ground coffee / milk / tea was a nice touch.

Negative: Surprisingly busy main road through village, could be a bit noisy at times but not a major issue.

Summary: Would happily have stayed longer if we'd had more time. Hope to return soon.

Positive: Central location and long stay carpark close enough and not too expensive. Good shower and clean apartment. Nice to see no leftover groceries in cupboards, my pet hate

Negative: Couldn't open bedroom window but there was a fan. Single glazed and roadside location means early morning noise a challenge purchased ear plugs which helped. Stairs were a challenge as they felt uneven

Positive: This is a lovely clean and comfortable apartment for a couple right in the middle of Modbury. The location is perfect for being in walking distance to everything Modbury has to offer plus nature walks and easy drives to nearby towns, including Salcombe. What I particularly like about this place is that it has easy access, all kitchen things you need including tea, coffee, and milk plus salt and pepper. Lucy even left us a box of Maltesers which was a welcome treat after our long drive. It feels safe and secure, and it even has a second toilet, which is just a great touch when traveling as a couple. This is our second stay and we plan to come back again to stay at Brownston Apartments.

Negative: There’s nothing we really disliked about it. They have thought of all the things you need. It’s heated and there are blankets for cool evenings. And there’s a fan for warm days. Take in consideration that there is no garden but there are plenty of very short walks to a couple of scenic meadows.

Summary: This was an enjoyable stay in a wonderful, clean, and comfortable apartment.

Positive: Freshly decorated, clean, spacious apartment located smack-bang in the middle of Modbury town. Everything was 100% , can't find fault with the establishment.

Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like, everything was perfect.

Summary: Will definitely try and reserve an apartment here when visiting Modbury again.

Positive: Standard of apartment and facilities was excellent, all very clean and comfortable. Location was really good with pubs and shops on doorstep as well as being on main road for getting by bus or car to places.

Negative: Only downsides were light traffic noise, but balanced this with location, and there was only a blind in bedroom which meant it was light early but neither impacted our visit.
