Summary: Its abgreat place for a nights stay. Im handicapped and shower is just older andbto small. We always have a great stay and the price.is great.

Summary: Nice property. Wasn't easily accessible but it wasn't the Motel's fault. Bridges under construction. Staff friendly and welcoming. Nice room and kids really enjoyed everything except no internet service. To be fair, they are working on it but I'd have a hotspot avail to keep them busy :)

Summary: This was my second time staying at this property, the first time was genuinely above the expectation. This time, the room (on the other side of the property) was in disrepair from the shower to the bathroom tiles to the paint in the bedroom to the door and many other aspects, even knowingly, the TV remote, which also was missing its battery cover. Likely will not be staying here again.

Summary: We loved our stay at Brown's Motel! The location was ideal, right across the river from Maysville! Staff was incredibly accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable

Summary: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pictures on site need to be updated those must have been taken years ago. Air conditioner was loud but it worked really well.

Summary: This property is in a very small town so it doesnt get alot of traffic. But the sink was coming off the wall. The sheet was so gross I had to sleep on top of the cover the first night bc the office closed at 11. Check out at noon but they sent a kid to my door at 830 to see when I was leaving.
