Summary: Could be a lovely property. Certainly well positioned to explore historic Maysville downtown. No dining room or food service to speak of. Advertised a free continental breakfast, but besides coffee an a pastry, little else offered. Pack some snacks if you stay here. Delite Diner a block away is good place for breakfast or lunch.

Summary: Hotel seems run down. My TV didn't work, the window catches were broken so couldn't open the window, electricity supply was not great, plugged in three items to charge overnight, none of them were charged by morning. Breakfast was cereals, toast and some small muffins. Nice coffee, but really poor breakfast for the money. Probably wouldn't stay again. Train track runs directly behind the hotel, not really a problem and nice view over the Ohio river.

Summary: This is a nice place to stay in Maysville, right on the Ohio River. The staff were all very friendly. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the breakfast. It would be nice to have some fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal made ahead, etc. The town of Maysville is a lovely place to explore. They obviously have pride in their historic downtown.
