Negative: Mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night. Outdoor trash was not well managed. Alarm system was not at all clear. Twin bed too small. More instructions needed for things like tv.

Positive: Location very clean and stocked with essentials ie: kitchen, bath, bedding.

Negative: Only reason I didn't give all top notch answers was house stated it had AC and it did but none in bedrooms Wasnt comfortable sleeping in them at least if the rooms had ceiling fans it would have been better because it air conditioning in the living room was very powerful but there wasn't even ceiling fans and I noticed a lot of ants I know it's the woods so really didn't bother us but perhaps spraying outside and some ant traps would help a little bit we never saw them till they got humid out the last couple days of this day we really enjoyed the screened in porch the location was fabulous but again the sleeping situation wasn't very comfortable because of they're not being any fan or AC in the bedrooms

Summary: It was a great location and a beautiful home except for no fan or air conditioning in bedrooms
