Positive: Wow. A short and simple word but sums up our stay at Broom House. Brianne and Luke couldn’t be better hosts, we were met at the car and had help with our bags to the top floor, quite a hike!! Nothing was too much trouble We stayed in attic room six with a stunning view and the Esk Valley railway at the end of the garden. The location is superb with Whitby only fifteen minutes aways and the rest of the North York Moors at your fingertips. The guest lounge is a delight and drinks outside in the garden is a wonderful way to end your day. A great choice of breakfast options and the full English was delicious. The only downside to the few days away is that we had to leave !!

Positive: Broom House is nestled in the most beautiful and tranquil setting with immaculate gardens and seating areas to relax and enjoy the peacefulness. We appreciated the off road parking area

Positive: Highly recommended. Brianne and Luke are exceptional hosts, personable, helpful, understanding and accommodating. The breakfast was perfect, with muesli, fruit etc and the cooked English Breakfast of top quality. Luke was so helpful when the awful storm conditions brought down trees and caused electricity failures all around the area. We hope to be able to visit again soon when we hope the weather will be more suitable. Lovely bedroom, super bathroom with excellent shower and bath. Beautiful dining room and lounge. Good views. Quiet location 15 minutes drive into Whitby.
