Positive: Great place for someone who use public transport. Bus 1 min. Metro station 5 min. walk. Quite and safe area. Marcus, grate host.

Negative: That I have to leave 😉

Positive: Good location for our needs

Negative: Some details were left out…there is a full time renter in another bedroom in the apartment and the host has an entrance into the apartment from their apartment. If I had travelled alone I would not have been comfortable with the arrangement. The apartment was very clean and the hosts were friendly and accommodating but the two things above should be disclosed in the listing!

Positive: The room was very clean with two super comfortable single beds. We loved the huge TV screen as well. Marcus was always helpful and made sure to provide us with everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. Lower Manhattan is about 20 minutes away with metro line A. We definitely recommend his place for everyone.

Positive: Marcus and his wife were very welcoming. We had a room with ensuite bathroom in his house and it was very comfortable. We could use the kitchen and living room when we wanted but did not use it. We were away for most of the day and the room has a tv and coffee facilities so all you need at the end of a long day. The beds were comfortable. The room Metro was a short walk away, either A/C north or 3/4 to the south. I would chose something closer to Manhattan next time but that is just distance, nothing to do with the quality of the accommodation.
