Negative: Everything was fine but booking.com did not make it clear what we were reserving. We didn't realize we were getting a suite in a townhouse with another tenant.

Positive: Marcus was great... just what I look for when staying at a place like this. Bonus was he had a dedicated parking space for my car. I would stay there again and will recommend this to others I know heading to Brooklyn. The room accommodations were perfect and the coffee was amazing.
Negative: Nothing really... the silk sheets on the bed were nice, I prefer linen.
Summary: Great place, great host, great location in relation to visiting my daughter.

Positive: Great place for someone who use public transport. Bus 1 min. Metro station 5 min. walk. Quite and safe area. Marcus, grate host.
Negative: That I have to leave 😉

Negative: Some details were left out…there is a full time renter in another bedroom in the apartment and the host has an entrance into the apartment from their apartment. If I had travelled alone I would not have been comfortable with the arrangement. The apartment was very clean and the hosts were friendly and accommodating but the two things above should be disclosed in the listing!
