Positive: Terrific location. Very convenient to the towns of Glen Arbor, Leeland, and Suttons Bay. The Homestead is an upscale, well kept vacation community; bordering the Crystal River and Lake Michigan. The beach club, on property restaurants, convenience store, and trails were appreciated and enjoyable. The grounds surrounding Brook Hill Cottage #42 were very attractive, especially complimented by the adjacent pond and waterfall. The rear deck is practically designed with built in bench seating and was very enjoyable during our morning coffee and evening drinks and snacks. The interior was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. All supplies and appliances were provided. The television utilizes YouTube TV and all desired channels were accessible.

Negative: Not a thing. It was perfect!

Summary: Overall terrific experience both from location and amenities.
