Summary: I’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO houses & this was by far the best stay & communication with the property host. She was super helpful & responsive & I’ll definitely be staying here again. It’s in the heart of Broad Ripple with close access to groceries, restaurants, & places to grab an adult beverage.

Summary: The most darling house in a wonderful location for exploring Broad Ripple. Owners were extremely accommodating when the area lost power. They found another house for us to stay until power was restored. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: This is a very cute unit situated right on the river, behind the CVS and the College Ave bridge. Super convenient to all that Broad Ripple has to offer. The unit itself is very clean, bedding is very nice and mattresses comfortable! Madeline, the owner is incredibly easy to work with and very cordial. I highly recommend any of her listings!!!

Summary: My husband and son were in Indianapolis for a baseball tournament and the hotel the team had chosen to stay in was horrendous. I put out an SOS to Madeline begging for her unit. She responded immediately (which was awesome) and told me they could have the place ready. I had requested to check in the following day since we had already checked into the hotel and would be charged for that night. Madeline offered her place for THAT night at an EXTREME discount so we wouldn't be paying twice as much. and wouldn't have to stay there for even one night. She was then able to have the unit ready within a couple of hours. This was extremely generous and my son and husband were so relieved to be out of the hotel. They were so impressed by the coziness of this place and the location to so many great restaurants. We have many more baseball tournaments in the next few years, this will be our go-to place when we play in Indy.
