Summary: From beginning to check out, this boutique hotel was impressive. Convenient parking, with charging if needed and well lit for safety, was plentiful. Check in was easy with Alex, who took time later to sit with our group at the fire pit and chat. The bar area was lovely with wine and beer options with munchies like a really good charcuterie board. The room was exactly as pictured, clean and with the shampoo, conditioner and soap products in the massive shower. The little deck on the cottage room was nice to go out to and drink coffee that was provided also. Definitely recommend!!!!

Summary: Great place to stay in an excellent location with restaurants within walking distance. About 6 miles out side the city centre and a perfect place to drive to the zoo, museums, colts games and Indy 500 track and museum. The owners are really helpful and very sociable. Great place to sit out with drinks at the end of a busy day. Wish we could have stayed longer
