Summary: The building seemed quite old, and there was a musty smell in the room. Even though we kept the bathroom door closed, the smell persisted and was quite bothersome. When trying to connect to the Wi-Fi, we were required to go through a registration process. However, when we attempted to sign up, we kept encountering errors. We went down to the front desk to report both the unpleasant smell in the room and the Wi-Fi issue, but there was no one at the desk. Additionally, we were told that parking would cost $59. Considering that there are many more affordable places in Brisbane that also offer parking, I don’t see a reason to choose this place.

Summary: The attitude of the staff taking orders in the restaurant needs improvement. They chat among themselves a lot, yet service is slow. They also clear glasses and plates immediately after we finish eating without asking, which is very poor manners and lacks professionalism.
