Summary: Exceptional staff in all areas of hotel, concierge, reception and bar. Clean spacious rooms , a little tired and could do with a refurb as dated compared to the luxury of the foyey areas. Would stay again.

Summary: The room was clean, well maintained, and overall very pleasant. It would have deserved a five-star rating if the quality of the mattress had been better. The staff were very professional and attentive throughout our stay. Big shout to Marta, who was outstanding extremely helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.
