Positive: The hosts were great! Martin in particular was entertaining and alert to all guests needs - these guys offered sveral unexpected extra's. If you've heard of underpromising & overdeliverering you can experience that here! The location was convenient to pretty much everything and easy to get to. The area is clean and, whilst it's not in the centre of the main town of Redcliffe there are facilities in Margate centre about 500 metres away, and the beach / bay front is a similar distance.

Negative: didn't like having to remove my shoes inside - but slip-ons are provided.

Negative: I was expecting an ensuite bathroom although the bathroom which was spacious was across the corridor from my room. However I would have preferred the privacy and convenience of an ensuite.

Positive: Very nice staff, Martin was extremely helpful to find a place for dinner at night. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Bathroom facilities were excellent, great lounge and nice pool although we didn't use it.

Negative: Close to a busy road so road noise and traffic was quite loud when you're not used to it.
