Summary: What an amazing gem we found with this home. Away from the crowded condos with plenty of parking and quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and well appointed with all the little touches that make you feel at home. The hot tub was an added bonus after skiing. The owners were great to communicate with and made sure that we had everything we needed!

Summary: Sometimes you take a chance and it pays off. We had never rented a brand new property without any reviews but the pictures were so great we decided to a chance. We are so happy we did. What a great house, even better than the pictures. The beds were comfortable, and all the furniture was clean and stylish. We loved waking up in the morning and enjoying our coffee while looking at Baldy out of the large picture window. The hot tub was amazing after skiing large enough for all six adults. The house is big enough that if you wanted to have your own space you could. The only thing negative, and it wasn’t for us, but it might be for some people, was that the large TV area is connected to the house by walking through the garage. We actually loved that because it gave space for everybody to spread out throughout the house and gave the kids their own space. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked even had a crockpot. Aside from the house, being beautiful, the other great thing was the VIP parking pass. What a treat! We pulled right up to the paved parking lot 100 feet away from the River Run lift, felt very fancy! The location of the house is great. It’s three minutes from downtown Ketchum but unlike Elkhorn this is north so there’s never any traffic or any issue getting into town and it was very peaceful. We would for sure rent again. Thank you Ryan and Kindra for sharing your gorgeous house, we will be back!
