Positive: Very reasonably priced, reasonably good location.

Negative: The air conditioning in the room was not very good; we were hotter than we would have liked to be even though we tried setting it lower. It was also quite noisy air conditioning too. The breakfast was not that good; a couple of the dishes didn't taste great (e.g. - there were some fish bones in the fish basil stir fry). Also, the fried eggs were cold.

Summary: Good value hotel, but with a couple of setbacks (air-conditioning and so-so breakfast).
