The apartment has a large terrace where you can enjoy sunny days in the city, as well as direct access to the residence's pool, ideal for families. It can accommodate up to 5 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs, the first bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds, and the third bedroom with a single bed and a laptop workspace. As for the ground floor, there is a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware to enjoy a good meal with your relatives. As well as a dining table for 5 and a living room with a sofa and TV, which has direct access to the terrace and pool. Important: -Parties in the apartment are strictly not permitted.-It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the whole stay. The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the property. If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 21h hour it could result in a penalty of 300 eur.-The terrace and pool can be used until 21:00 only.
NOTE: The whole swimming pool and terrace area are under renovation until 7th of August, 2024.

Summary: We were please to see the apartment was just as it was advertised. The location was excellent and close to cafes and metro.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Barcelona. Check-in was a little difficult as we were trying to coordinate a time to meet with the property manager as you need to receive keys for the property. Once, we got that resolved, everything was easy and great. The apartment is large (for Spain standards), and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with 2 showers). This worked great for our family of 4. It was situated well near a metro line and plenty of restaurants (Mitoa Pizzeria was our favorite) and activities. We used the metro to get everywhere. Also, we really enjoyed access to the ping pong table in the shared deck area. Paddles/balls were not provided, but we got some for pretty cheap at Decathlon sports store. The pool looked nice, but it was a little cool this time of year to enjoy it. The apartment was clean, provided plenty of towels and even had a washer & dryer for clothes. This apartment was a great place to enjoy our time in Barcelona.
