Summary: The main selljng point of this property was the Jacuzzi. When we all showed up to the home, it was beautiful and immaculate. Just left the pictures. However, I gotta look at the Jacuzzi and it’s completely empty and has items sitting in the bottom like it’s been empty for a while. I text the property owner, and he replied “ The hot tub is not in service. A previous just did something to damage it. Waiting to be serviced.”

Summary: We shared this home with friends while we were in town for a swim meet. This home was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We appreciated the AC and the amazing backyard! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was comfortable for our family to share some meals and sleep for four nights. A good part of our tune was spent either in the city or in Danville with family, so the location of the Bart station was very convenient. One disappointment was that the fourth bedroom had only a blow up bed. Online description implied a queen bed with additional blow up beds available. Worked fine, but several family members have back issues who would not have been able to sleep on an air mattress.

Summary: Very disappointed in this property. Although it was as described and beautifully decorated (staged), there were serious plumbing issues throughout the duration of our stay. Beginning with a horrendous sewage odor masked by plug-ins in every outlet from the moment that we arrived. Our first morning while my mother was showering in a secondary bath the toilet and shower in the master bath backed up to almost overflowing. The property owner was responsive to our initial call and had a plumber out to rectify the situation; however, once it was corrected the double sinks in the secondary bath backed up and both held 4” of standing water for the duration of our stay. Additional attempts to the notify the property owner received no response. Prior to checking out I texted photos and received a response, “Sorry for the inconvenience.” In addition to the plumbing issues, there are several “storage” closets throughout the house which had lights left on making it difficult to sleep at night. And since they were locked we were left to sleep with unwanted nightlights. Suffice it to say, our stay was not comfortable or enjoyable. I was hoping that this would be a “good to” rental for future trips to visit my family, but unfortunately I will have to continue looking. I would not recommend this property to friends or family.
