Summary: Was perfect for our trip. It was centrally located for everything we had planned. Spacious and very clean. Great amenities. Fridge was not cooling the best but owner took care of it. My only suggestion would be to clean up the back area of dog waste. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We came into town for a concert but didn’t want to stay in downtown Denver. Arvada was close enough to Denver that we traveled back and forth several times a day. The area and neighborhood was clean and safe. We had four adults and there was more than enough room. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed and also had the cutest coffee bar. The Hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would defiantly stay here again.
