Summary: Communication with the owner was great, Massimo responded very quickly. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We stayed with 3 children and it was a perfect apartment for us. The view from the balcony in the lounge area is stunning, with views over the valley towards Follonica, the sea and Elba. The highlight of our stay was to come back from the beach for a glass of wine on the balcony. Sensational sunsets too! The beaches in the area are good just 20-30 minutes to a variety of nice towns and beaches. Gavorrano itself is a lovely town with a shop, bar, pizzeria and play area a short walk from the apartment.

Summary: Everything is as expected, but bathroom towels are not included. The view from the balcony is inpressing. Everything is well functioning, with a series of charging possibilities. We left very satified , with one single minus, the mosquitos.

Summary: Lovely apartment! Fantastic view! Kind hosts! The hillside town was quaint and beautiful. The restaurant we went to was 5 star and we were treated like royalty. We were in Tuscany for a destination wedding but will come back! Small issue only. Noisy children next door. But you only hear them from our bathroom. The balcony overlooking the town below, the sea and mountains is amazing. Our hosts could not have been any more accommodating. Our flight was delayed. Massimo met us late at night with bottle of local vino! In the region?! You should stay here!

Summary: A really nice property with tasteful fittings in the Kitchen, Bathroom and main bedroom. The smaller bedroom was reported by my daughter to be quite hot however. The main thing of course is the outside space, with a lovely balcony and a large terrace as well, which felt very close to nature. The view across to Elba was lovely. The town itself had a lovely village atmosphere with 2 bars, a small co-op, pharmacy, and a little pizza takeaway. Massimo and his wife were really nice also. Bellissimo.

Summary: A wonderful flat with fantastic view of the coastal plain and the island of Elba. Booking was without problems, the reception was very friendly. The flat is well equipped, beautiful kitchen, everything needed for four peosons is there. Very good espresso machine, four flames gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking equipment etc. Flat is in very good condition, everything as good as new, very nice bathroom with panoramic view. The flat was 100% clean when we arrived, the owner is very friendly and helpful, the handover at the end was punctual, quick and without problems. I recommend this flat absolutely, it offers enough space and privacy for four adults or a family of four (two seperate bedrooms). The village of Gavorrano is beautiful and offers all you need in terms of shops and restaurants.

Summary: I found this wonderful apartment on the Internet after not being able to return to our usual holiday home in Gavorrano. We know the area very well and this little town on top of a hill overlooking the see and Isola Elba is so typically tuscan. There are 2 good restaurants and shopping oportunities in walking distance in Town, and the locals are friendly. Massimo, the owner, of the apartment returned our application promptly and was always available for questions both per mail and tel. The apartment has everything you need when on holiday; dishwasher, washing machine, 2 seperate bedrooms, 1 Balcony and a wonderful Terrace, even a TV. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Bedlinen is provided although no towels. When you go in summer, don't forget the mosquito repellent.

Summary: A very beautiful, fully equipped and clean apartment with a splendid view, a very friendly and helpful owner. For us, a family with two little children, it was the perfect place to spend 3 holiday weeks in September/October. The apartment is located close to the village of Gavorrano, just as described by the owner, with plenty of parking spaces very close. It has a separate entrance from the vast terrace. We liked the spacious living room with the kitchen integrated and the small balcony which offers the panoramic view even from indoor. The kitchen itself had absolutely everything we needed: The kitchen devices as described, but also enough dishes, pots and pans, and all kind of stuff to simplify cooking. In both bedrooms, we found huge wardrobes, very comfortable to use. The layout of the bathroom is a bit unusual as the photos show, but has real advantages when used by several persons at the same time. Don’t miss the prospect from the toilet! Just a few steps from the apartment, there’s a small pizzeria (take away) which is worth a visit. And the small playground is just in front of it, so you know where to wait for the pizza when you are with toddlers. From our point of view, there is nothing which could be better in this apartment. Just a wonderful, quiet place to spend individual holidays!
