Summary: The place was clean and charming. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The beds and couches were comfy. Very easy communication with host. We all agreed we would book again for our next trip to Vicksburg!

Summary: We have stayed in many Vrbos, and loved them. I always read the reviews first, and this stay was overrated and overpriced. The neighborhood a few streets down was sketchy and the apt was not “bright” as advertised. It was dark and gloomy. Walking in, you get a musty, unpleasant smell. The hot water did not work, the toilet clogged, the kitchen chair had a broken leg, lights were missing bulbs or not working, found clump of hair in the tub, dryer lint catcher was disgusting! Kept finding little things that should be attended to for an enjoyable stay. Furniture was old and nothing felt clean. We went without a shower the first night and the hot water heater could not be fixed, so the owner moved us to the larger unit next door. She was responsive and pleasant, but I have to say we were very disappointed. This place needs a major refresh and better cleaning service. Would not stay here again or recommend. This is the first negative review I have ever written. We have had beautiful places with Premier Hosts.

We loved our stay at The Julia Mary and can't wait to come back next year.

Summary: We stayed in this cute, vintage duplex for a week. It was absolutely fabulous and just perfect for our family. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with quaint, brick streets and big, old homes. It is close to all the sights in Vicksburg. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Vicksburg.
